Disgusted

I have just had it with the day light ******* and false accusations of this unprofessional Financial institution. You people message me to offer me a payment break and now accuse me of missing a payment. I have gone from one segment to another for assistance for months now. And then you delay deliberately in sending me my complaint reference for months I'm waiting. Really regret ever having business with you.
