Disgusted

My account was handed over to Attorneys for collection and I settled the account on the 21st September, to date I have not received a paid up letter, I was told that I would be receiving the letter within 21 days which is against the law as I am supposed to receive it within 7days to date I have not received the paid up letter and the loan is still reflecting on my credit report and to top it off I am still receiving collection call for an account that I paid off a long time ago...I am expecting urgent feedback regarding this issue.
