Disgusted

I am highly disgusted with African bank service...my story goes open a revolvin crrdit card in 2014 after the new credit acr came in they prescribed my account as it was ilder than 3 years...March 2019 i get a call from cincept recoveries who gives mr a settlment amount wich i paid an sent proof...i still gt msgs there after to pay an they told me to ignore i asked them numerous times for a paid up letter they did not provide me with.i then called african bank an they told me to emaul my query.i got a msg sayin srry its nt paid....then i get a call from another company for the same thing in a span of 1 day...they are collectin money *******ly as the account is prescribed.i am digusted an service is appauling when i call to follow up they give me a number tht doesnt work...i told the guy at african bank there debt ppl gve me a aettlement an hes like ok..they dnt communicate with these people so where does ones money go. I have screen shots of there new whatsapp communication of my settlement and emails and they refuse to look at it.i will never bank with them again pathetic service.
