disgusted

I app****for a loan online and was contacted by head office sales ddepartment and given a whole lot of options. I was told to report to a branch to finalise aapplication. I go there to be told that I cant aff ord a loan I called the head office and was told someone would come back to me...really 2 weeks laterand nothing. I then get another call from sales department saying congratulations go back to the branch..again the same thing. Being a long standing customer I expect better service
