Disgusted

I have just phoned 2 different African Bank call centres and both 2 ladies I spoke to could not assist me instead they were too rude especially Yvonne from Midrand offices. She told me she can't explain anything about my account,I then asked politely who can assist me and the lady said NO ONE.How is that possible?
