Disgruntled customer

My brother had a 12 months stop order savings with African bank its not the 12th month he has to get his money and Africanbank is sending him from pillar to post he's been to 3 branches and no one can help him his cellphone banking app has been suspended all the bank does is send him a link that doesn't work he can't transfer his money from the savings account to his main account and no one is willing to help him he's really frustrated cause he wants to use that money but now he can't get to it.
