Discount on arrears amaount

<p>Due to some problems I didnt pay my last few installments at african bank.it was a credit card and a loan account so after almost 2 years that I couldnt pay the accounts I called them Last mont (April) to make payment arrangments on the account they offerd me a 50% discount on both accounts if I can pay the full amount after the discount.I paid then only the credit card in full as its imposiible for me to pay both the same time so today I called the collections dep again for the settlement letter on the credit card and to make the payment arangement for the loan so the Guy told me Sandile Kubeka that I dont quilify for the discount anymore?????????????So now that I paid settled one account I dont Quilify for the 50% discount.....African Bank is such a ******* whats the diffrence between last month and noww was the 50% discount only a **** to get the money out of me????????????</p>
