Disappointing service

Went to the african bank at Jabulani mall and there was a lady who assisted me (Monday 29/07/24) unfortunately didnt get her name. That lady is unfriendly and doesnt have a smile whatsoever, she has zero customer service was really dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. I got there greeted with a smile she answered with a very cold hello back asked for assistance then the person i was with asked if African bank offeres funeral covers she just answered and told us she has no brouchers to give us didn't even try to explain the person i was with then asked if she didn't have one of her own so we take a picture she took 1 from her desk drawer gave us then immediately proceed to answer a call talking and laughing while we there and literally disregarded us we stood up while she was still on the call and wasn't bothered if we had questions on not.
