Disappointing service
App**** for a loan on the 27 Sep and it has been in the "review" stage since! Went to two different branches to cancel the online application... that failed too. One consultant told me that he sent an email to escalate me application, still dololo! I'm in need of a loan meaning... I dont have money! But I still had to use my last cents to buy petrol and airtime to run after them. The only answer they have is: "Dont worry, you'll receive an sms within 48 hours". Really? I've waited more than 2 weeks!

07 Oct 2022, 17:03Please cancel my online application. You promised to give me a call back but you never did. Tried calling and stayed on the line for 8+ minutes with no luck. Cancel it so that I can try my luck at the branch. I've had it with your pathetic service!

07 Oct 2022, 18:19I tried calling, requesting a call-back and on the website. I even went to two different branches. The lady at the branch told me that theres absolutely nothing she could do because the application is at the "affordability check" stage. How much longer should I wait?
