Disappointing

I app**** for a loan and I accepted an offer then I got sent a message that it was declined. The problem is they are using our second bond into the equation when I don’t even pay it or doesn’t come off my bank account. I thought I would move over. I have called them and they say it has to be part of my expenses and would be declined then. Very strange.
