Disappointed yet again.

So my request for my insurance cover on my loan while I am unemployed "timed out" because whom ever is dealing with those claims can't seem to do their job. I app**** 2 months ago and tried to get communication but that seems to also be too much effort. And then after I posted here I got 1 phone call I sent my documents in Again and yet ****** all has come of it. I am not struggling to cope due to the covid pandemic and this bull that banks either don't care to help or just give loans to cover loans causing people to suffer more is ALL A BUNCH OF ****. If I don't get this matter sorted in the next day I will insure that any money I do have gets withdrawn from my account SO I CAN BUY FOOD.
