Disappointed with poor customer service

I am soo disappointed and disgusted by this bank, I made an investment on the 16th February 2023, only to recieve an email mid April saying the account is closed due to non-financed. How? Been seeking help ever since, and would only get "the case has been resolved" from the branch and they now say they didn't recieve my money, yet i didn't recieve it back to my account.
