Disappointed with my experience

I have app**** for a credit card and I have experienced nothing but problems along the way. I had to call in several times and even had to visit a branch. Still no luck in finalizing an agreement. Very, very disappointing!

I would like to do a follow up message to my initial one. I was helped today by a very professional and efficient gentleman by the name of Rodney Naidu from the Direct Sales division. Mr Naidu had made a concerted effort throughout the morning to get my matter resolved. He is an asset to African Bank and I hope he continue the sterling work. Thank you Rodney, I was about to give up!
