Disappointed with African bank as usual even after multiple second chance

As usual,its disappointing me once and again. I cant believe I keep on trusting this bank with the transactions.I just made a transaction and dololo message to the receiver and now I look like a ****** or stupid.

I hate it when the bank expects me to be the bank.I called them to release the transaction but still they take me back and forth.

I still fail to recommend them
