Disappointed in service
Really disappointed in African bank. App**** for a loan online, got approved and phoned me to do contract over phone verbally. Confirmed about debi check and all questions to sign verbally. Just had to confirm employment still. After 3 days i phoned them to find out what's happening, saying still had to confirm employment, when i enquired again they said emailed my HR but completely wrong email address, said someone will call me back to get right email address, until now nothing. I got offers from other banks but was in proses with this one, and to now start all over somewhere else is really inconvenient. I really hope they can get back to me soon and sort this loan asap.

All was 'good', my score isnt that bad, my accounts are up to date. Got pre qualified for decent amount.
Got a pbine call to do contract verbally and said will take up to 48 hours.
Then they emailed my HR to an email thats wrong, after phoning HR and confirming everything i waited a day with no feed back.
Afrer lots of struggles with them i had yet again to call them ask whats going on. Then suddenly was not approved due to affordability even though it can be seen i have enough money left monthly for the loan.
Now this will show on my credit report. Very dissatisfied and disappointing.
Will take my business somewhere else because i know i can afford. Also dont give an offer in first place, rather say decline from the start.
