Disappointed

I am very disappointed in African Bank. I have app**** for a credit card I have send all the required documents through on the 22nd. Still if I query on internet or WhatsApp they say it is still being reviewed. You asked them to call you back on their website then you put in your details then it says it failed to call you back. Every time I apply for something at African Bank I struggle to get answers. If I'm lucky they reply 2 weeks after and then I must resubmit everything. African Bank you are ridiculous.
