Disappointed

I'm shattered from this company it's not the first time I'm laying my concern I'm communicating with them but still they not doing right for me I told them I'm working few days at work so the arrangement I made with them is to deduct R1000 from my salary because I don't want to be blacklisted,this month my salary was R3000 because I only work for 12 days but they deducted R2200 so how I will survive with R800 I need to pay my rent,buy grocery and pay for transport money so moving forward I need to change my banking details so that I will have peace of mind because now I feel like they don't understand my financial constraints that I'm facing, I need to take this matter to ombudsman maybe they will solve my problem right now I don't know what to do....
