Disappointed customers ,looks 2 system are being used

I am so disappointed with this bank I called the sales department to request a quote if I may qualify for a credit card not like am applying. They have done credit checks it came back saying it was unsuccessful due to AB Legal collections in arrears. I called the other department with deals with the account. This lady said to me your account is updated am not sure what I They talking about let me transfer back to them. The lady from that department says to me you are in arrears with R 1800.00 am telling them that my account is updated.

Am using my airtime all this time I called again at 11h00 am I spoken to a lady who said to me your account is in Legal department due to the non payment in the last 9 months but it was paid off those arrears and you are over with R 1800 at the moment. May you don't qualify because your account was handed over already.

I said I do understand my problem is that one company has 2 different records of my self.why other department said am in arrears and the other department said am over with R 1800.00 .I think it is high time to check your records with this bank. It looks like left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing which affects our records.

I will appreciate if african bank could used one system not 2 different system. Am so so disappointed.

I do have details of the ladies that I spoke to just of the act I can named them. Last lady that I spoken to her at 11h00 am today she's know her story. But all the lady that I spoken to them from the sales they were keeping on saying am in arrears no one said let me contact our billing department to ask them. All ladies from the sales that I spoken to them am so disappointed at all.

I think we need to keep checking your status with this bank.
