Disappointed at AFRICAN BANK
Im am so so so disappointed at African back, im speechless about the service, im just broken, after 10 days of following up, literally calling over 3 times a day, forcing feedback out of consultants, putting in complaints and trying everything to get some form of service... this has been by far the most painful experience. just when i was thinking it will probably be different.

15 Aug 2022, 12:44Thanks for finally assisting, what's sad is that people will have to go to extremes like this to get help but i am happy with the response and effort as well as the service i finally got from African bank.
