Disappointed

This bank has failed me dismally, I went to the bank 3 times in one week trying to get help with a simple thing but they couldn't help. Even know my app is still not working when I go to the branch they just can't help me, I needed to pay a guy that is doing my kitchen that means I need to go to the ATM and draw a lot of cash, and before that I need to pass by the bank to change my limit guys it's so inconvenience as soon as I finish that money in that account I am definitely closing it....not worth all this trouble I am going through 😭
