Disappointed

Im a customer for a few years now and after the entire process my loan gets declined!

Loan declined reason, client linked to internal case what does that mean and how is it even determine the success of the loan along with unclear copy of payslip so why couldnt you just request a clear copy

Along with that no 1 knows what the reason means
