Disappeared instant payment
I made an instant payment and have not received it though the second payment that I made after the one I did not receive it. It’s an emergency payment I need hence I opted instant. I can’t wait for 48 hours I need the funds asap it was not normal eft. Why was the R10 charged if I have to wait for it. The whole amount of 5100. 2 days it’s also to long for since incident I’m literally in tears worried it’s for hospital bill due today like now

07 Nov 2024, 16:50I sent the proof of payment to capitec the payment is not there my feed i paid them at African bank and here i am saying i did not receive the payment with all proof provided you refereeing me to the receiving bank how if since it never even got there. This is not fair just like that im loosing my money. From waiting the whole day
