Digital Planet - HP Laptop

This is ridiculous, I was approached by African bank loan for the quotation over the phone. The lady did the quote & I qualified R35 000 plus digital planet HP laptop which I chose from smart phones & tablet. I took my original documents to African bank south gate mall for finalisation of my application. loan was approved & money deposited into my bank account. Nobody told me anything about the HP laptop after the loan appproval until I make a followup today. Now I am told to bring another set of documents to check if I qualify for a laptop. @African bank team, please stop playing around with people feelings. Is this digital planet for real???
