Difficulty in receiving paid up letter months after settlement of loan

Loan was settled over a month ago and they are busy refusing to provide me with a paid up letter. Everyone I speak to “escalates” the query. I am sick and tired!!!!

I spoke to the following people- Mbali 31oct, Thabile Marumo, Zanele Mabena, Mashudu, Khensani. Other dates are 03/11, 10/11, 15/11, 16/11/ and 27/ 11.

This treatment goes against YOUR company slogan: “We are empathetic; we are genuinely attentive and attempt to put ourselves in other people’s shoes ”

A whole lot of **** if you ask me.

Just send me my paid up letter and I will make sure never to conduct any business with your bank.
