Didn't ask for sms's but they keep on charging me for them.

My profile settings prohibits the sending of sms's on the web portal. Why are you then sending me those sms's at 40 cents each for April 2020? I didn't ask for that. If you have a million customers paying for sms's and they don't want it, imagine the total amount you would earn at the end of the day. *********.

Further to this, if my settings on sms's are incorrect, what else have you missed on my bank settings. I'm concerned about limits and the safety of my money
