Did not update ITC records like promised

I paid up the account and closed the account on the 08th September 2015, they even e-mailed letter confirming this on my request. I ask the consulted how long would it take for African bank to update the ITC records and she said it would take 14 working days. i just pull my credit record and still shows that the account is still opened and has not been update.. Someone should answer why is that.. African bank actually enjoys making people's lives miserable. i can't buy a car that i need for my work because of selfish people like African bank. So disappointed
