destroying their client profile after they made their profit

i took a loan with african bank in 2012, it happen i lost my job in 2013, i ended up finishing the loan in 2020/09/29 , but this loan is affecting my credit score it should be removed on my experien profile and african bank with it pathetic services they are not helping, please remove that account on my credit profile it affecting me, call me urgent , i should escalated this matter further im sick and tired, please remove this account urgently this is a 2012 loan and it paid up
