Departmental Feedback

I have had the Liberty to apply for a personal Loan from African Bank Carlton Center, and i was very impressed by the way i was helped particularly by Lindiwe Nkabinde, But now i'm complaint is with the processing departments that have all our required documentation and still drag their feet with regards to feedback on our current applications. AFB was not an institution that brought on board *********** and lazy staff. but it seems its standards have dropped extremely...in future feedback should be given not by the branch but by the department handling your application if their are further documents required or the reason of the delay, whether it be cancellation or etc..that is my biggest gripe with them. i am still awaiting feedback on my loan application
