delaying to refund my money

<br> i have called african bank several times regarding the refund they owe me was told to fax proof of banking detail of which i have faxed it twice and last tym i faxed it at african bank in pretoria corner beatrix and pretorius even today i have not received any reply or calls am frustrated caus am not owing my loan anymore but still my account is being deducted worse part when i call i still get referred to fax bank statement of which wen i do fax i get told they did not receive it lastly i requested for a paid up letter and have not being given one ...
