Delayed and Unprofessional Service

<p>Extremely delayed and unprofessional...have no idea what they are doing. Their consultant contacts you, but then are unable to assist - why are they doing promotions when they cannot handle it?? No-one replies to your emails or understands simple english. Process going on for almost a month now and still they are unable to assist, neither do they call back when the arrange to.</p>
