Defaulted for nothing

Dear Consumer, Please never ever apply for a credit with African bank, I have a credit card with them every month I am paying them an instalment of 675, today I tried to apply for contract phone with Vodacom, I was told my application has been declined because African Bank has listed me, there is an amount of 543 which is overdue on my account, I called Experian and was told African bank has listed me, saying I didnt pay my account last month. Of which I have never ever missed any payment, on that matter I can pull out all my bank statement showing all the debit orders from them. This is the worst bank ever I have known in my life...On that matter if they are claiming that I havent paid them last month why is the amount overdue with 543 not 675, when is this 543 coming from..and why are they destroying my credit profile..was it a bad idea to have an account with them...South Africans please never ever open an account with African bank you pay them every month they still list you as bad payer.
