Default on ITC whilst my account its paid and closed so mad!!!

On the ITC, to be specific TransUnion the status shows that in November I didn’t pay which is not true, I have the proof of payment, now when I app**** for home loan was told they can’t approve me because I have an account that I haven’t paid for 30 day which is African bank and that is not true. Can some fix this as a matter of urgency? And whilst on it can you please also update the status of the account to be C paid in full and closed please 
