Deductions without authorization
this is the 2nd month that an additional R500,00 have been deducted, and there is no arrears on this account. i have been assured that I will be refunded, but I am still waiting. I am also fed-up calling the call centre, as you have to constantly repeat yourself, just to get transferred again !!<br> <br> PLEASE CAN THE REFUND HAPPEN A.S.A.P, AND CAN I GET CONFIRMATION THAT THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN?!
