Deduction of additionl amount
Good day. I received an sms on 11/09/2015 that an additional amount of R217.89 will be deducted for my accounts. I have 4 accounts. PLEASE DO NOT DEDUCT ANY ADDITIONAL AMOUNT AS I DID NOT AGREE TO THE ADDITIONAL DEBIT. I RECEIVED THE SAME SMS IN AUGUST AND ALL MY ACCOUNTS WAS DOUBLE DEBITED AND I HAD TO REQUEST FOR REFUNDS. Please confirm via my email address that this is in order and no double debit or additional amount will be debited as I will stop the debit orders and pay via eft. Please respond via email as I am in a call centre and cannot answer my cell. Thank you.
