Deduction

I have just received an sms that a further R113, 75 will be deducted off my account without me agreeing to that. No prior arrangement with me was made since the account belongs to ME. <br> The worst part is that I HAVE to prove to them that the amount they are accusing me of owing to them was recovered (which it was). Don't they have the system that tracks/ looks into that? <br> How the hell am I suppose to go back to 2014 and check, for them? That's ridiculous. <br> Another problem I have, is them deducting money on the date we haven't Agreed upon. In Jan they deducted money on the 22nd, I don't get paid on the 22nd. Should that have bounced who was going to cover the debit order bounced cost'? This nonsense should stop. They can't come and go as they please into MY bank account. I will take this further if the extra amount is deducted. <br> <br>
