Decline After Decline Applications processed and Declined on Assumptions

I app**** for a loan initially at the branch on the 29th and was given my offer and contract. I however waited for a review process with African Bank which ultimately came out as a rejection and the reason was the company i work for was going through a deregistration process. I raised this with my HR and Accounts Department who quickly rectified the issues and the company is in good standing as it was going through its annual processes. I contacted African Bank and asked for a way forward as i really needed the loan for medical reasons and was told to re apply. I re app**** on the 30th and was given an offer and accepted my debi check only to be declined again because of the same reason of which that was resolved and it would seem to me that it was an assumption and no checks were done or neither was my company contacted. I even included my employment letter but still i got declined. I would have loved to see the assessment team doing their job and double check and recheck coz the small issue was sorted and advised to re apply needed the loan for a death or life situation.
