Debt Review Removal

I have paid African Bank, yet it still says that I am under debt review; it has been more than three months. Despite many communications via email and phone, I am still under debt review. I've been going from pillar to post. Even after I paid them, they went into my bank account and debited their money while I was writing a payment letter to them, but I was able to fix it. Mr. Peter, please aid with the removal from debt review.
