Debt review over 6 month already

My husband and I was on debt review for 5 years and we paid all our debt, our accounts was cleared and a clearance certificate was issued this included all our African bank loans.<br> We were supposed to be cleared as if we never had any debt and all the other creditors did this but not African Bank they only showed that the account was paid up but never removed us from the credit bureau as they were supposed to.<br> We wanted to apply for a simple thing like DSTV package and were told that we have a negative report upon getting my report from Transunion it showed that AFRICAN BANK shows us negatively.<br> <br> I want my husband and my name to be cleared from the credit bureau asap.
