Debt review flag not removed

I had 3 open loans with African bank when i app**** fo debt review, because my financial situation changed i cancelle the debt review, was given a 17.4 form for cancelation and it was sent to all my credit providers, i then managed to pay off the loans myself the credit card personal loan are settled and im currently paying of the othe loan monthly, all the credit bureaus dont have the debt review flag as it was cancelled and terminated in september 2014. howeve african bank still states that im under debt review and the monthly statements sent to me are confirming im still under debt review, even thogh it was terminated last yea, i have sent the fax of the 17.4 fom and they state that its reflecting with the credit bureaus but i pull out my credit repots and no flag is eflecting.
