Debt review collections SMS every month!

I app**** for Debt Review in 2014 and this was prior to being overdue with my creditors. All my other creditors such as Nedbank, never once called, sent an SMS to request payments as they received the restructing of my payments. The only one is African Bank, they acknowledge my process of payment as noted on statements but yet still send monthly collections SMS's. I called this morning and requested the SMS's to stop, spoke with Mtutuzeli in the collections department who does not have the ***** to handle a upset customer when I request to speak to manager he said \ok"and put me on MUTE"
