Debt free but African Bank says AB LEGAL COLLECTIONS/IN ARREARS,Non Payment Settlement

After Being a client with African Bank and never had a problem, I needed a loan after being debt free from 2016, going into the bank today I was declined because AB LEGAL COLLECTIONS/IN ARREARS,Non Payment Settlement Auth. FSP Reg NCRCP7638. I only have an Truworths account and that is up to date and now I get this? I do not owe any one anything but this is on my name, I am shocked, to see how many other people have the same problem. Very Disappointed.
