debiting on wrong date

Good day. I have 3 accounts that i made arrangement to pay R300 on each account. My debit order date is the 20th. Yesterday 18/03/2022 African Bank debited for the full instalments amount on the accounts. 2 returned as unpaid as my salary was only paid this morning. i incured unpaid charges of R147.00 for each of the 2 accounts. Can someone please call urgently as i need the one debit order to be refunded so the other 2 accounts can be paid. I also need to be refuned for the unpaid charges of R294 for the 2 debit orders that returned
