Debited twice in one month

How the hell does African Bank debit my account twice in one month? I have the debit order which comes off month end then on the 12th of every month? There's is no such agreement to have my account debited twice? Who the hell do you people think you are? How can you actually do business in such an ********* manner. Especially during a time when people dont damn well have money for debit orders to go off twice on one month. I suggest African Bank reverses the second debit order and puts a stop to it or I will be forced to contact my lawyers and let them deal with this matter. How pathetic and *********.
