Debited my account when its paid up
I arranged to settle my credit card. i settled the account balance of R19060.37 on the 19th May 2015. This morning you debit my account with the installment amount of R1080. This account is settled. Does nobody know what is happening there? I want the money refunded in my account today or I will go to the ombudsman and the NCR and get a lawyer.
