Debit without authority
I'm sick and tired of calling African Bank Head Office everyday.. I've been requesting for a paid up letter for my credit card and no consultant is able to assist.. I settled my account last week, and yesterday they just debit which is not even on the 25th. Stop debiting my account whilst I debt owe ya'll anymore. I need a paid up letter right away and NOW.. I've been waiting for it for a long time now.. If this matter doesn't get resolved today, I'm taking the matter with legal action.
