Debit Reversal- African bank typo error!

This bank has debited my account R13000 instead of R1300, I was informed due to a typo on their side! I need the money put back today by COB as this was not my error. I have waited over 15 minutes on hold with lungelo Mtchali call ref: ********** and still no resolution.

I need it resolved today before I take this much further!
