Debit orders without consent

African Bank always debit in my account on the dates of which I did not agree to which causes a very bad profile for me on my bank account. Wheneva you need to complain consultants tell u to write an email. I got an SMS that they will debit in the 13th this month and I was so shocked as I only get paid month end and when I phone consultant just did not help. I am enough with this bank and would neva recommend it to.anyone
