Debit Orders

I have now been debited twice in less than a week apart for an account that is fully paid up in March already. This reference appears each time ***, and each time the amount is different. The first value deducted was for R 617.50 and the second for R 557.75 what has to be done for this careless behaviour and theft from someone. I don't take lightly to people *****ing from me. Very frustrated! !
