Debit order not cancelled after I called in to cancel it...why?
<p>I would like to know why my debit order was not cancelled after I called into the collections department to cancel it. I have been paying the account in cash when I have the money after making it clear I'm not working no longer have a regular income...this person decided I should continue incurring fees of R17 per unpaid debit order. You must repay this unpaid debit order.Do I have to throw a tantrum for the collections departmentto get this right? Let me know who I spoke to so that I .can call and Address this person.
