Debit Order more than I signed for...

After signing contract with an agent that came to my work for a certain amount to go off on my credit card account, for the past 2 months more than double the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I have been struggling for more then a month to get this fixed. Last week they said they were going to give me a refund for one month, today they said they are not going to refund me.
